- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've used Iberia since they opened at this location in Springdale.They treat you like your a part of the family. It's nothing like other banks where you might as well be a number. The manager (Gisela Mejia) is especially helpful and knowledgeable. I've needed help with some unusual situations with my parents accounts and her knowledge has been invaluable. Way beyond what I experienced anywhere else. It's definitely a cut above the norm. PS Some of these people posting reviews are apparently confused.
